Tracey Sinclair is a former editor of Chambers UK and has worked as a researcher on the Chambers Europe, Global and US directories; more recently she worked in-house as Communications Manager at a City law firm.

She is also a professional copywriter and editor with extensive web and social media experience.

Tracey now runs a directories consultancy and business writing/editing service.

Baron Armah-Kwantreng is an experienced consultant to commercial law firms delivering strategic advice on market positioning, business development and recruitment. He is a former head of research at Chambers & Partners covering all directory titles. He was also research editor on Chambers Client Report an in-depth periodical magazine containing feature articles and bespoke surveys on key currents in the global legal sector. After Chambers he was a head hunter at a leading City firm working on partner hires in the City and internationally. Since 2008 he has operated as an independent consultant on a variety of projects in the global legal sector.

Richard is a former advertising manager at Chambers & Partners and worked across their range of directories assisting law firms and lawyers with their advertising, profiles and overall presence in the Chambers guides.

Richard now runs Defero Law, advises law firms on their digital strategy and writes blogs on the good and bad in legal marketing.
