5 Law Firm Mobile Websites to Inspire You
It’s no surprise that there aren’t many law firms with decent mobile sites, most law firms can’t even get their desktop version right. But don’t despair, I’ve been digging around and there is some inspiration to be had. Check out these and let us know what you think:
Using the LegalRSS system, the Mackesys mobile lets you know right away what they do: Specialist Legal Advice You Can Trust from London’s Criminal Law Solicitors. This site has a nice simple interface (as all mobile site’s should), a News section that updates when new content is added, i.e. it feels fresh, and that all important contact page.
Canada’s largest tax law firm have a slick mobile site that sticks to the simple things and does them well. They’ve got quite a bit going on below the (mobile) fold but that’s because they have a comprehensive menu dominating the screen (even on my huge Samsung Galaxy S2). A small swipe of the thumb and you’re in to the meat of the content. One small issue was the less than consistent search function.
Arnold & Itkin LLP
Houston based personal injury law firm Arnold & Itkin LLP have got this mobile website game nailed. A mobile site so crammed with calls to action, contact forms and telephone numbers that I got in touch simply as a result of writing this post. And I hadn’t even hurt myself (I know … who has, eh?). A few UK law firms could learn something from the calls to action alone. Oh, and the menu is brilliant.
Woolley & Co
UK Family and Divorce Solicitors Woolley & Co must have spent some time with Arnold & Itkin because their fantastic mobile site is also crammed full of calls to action. Love the colours, branding and layout, shame the homepage video doesn’t play on-site, though. They also mention those two dirty words “Fixed Fees”…..punters will love em!
Davis Blank Furniss
I love Manchester and Glossop based law firm Davis Blank Furniss mobile site design. It’s simply beautiful to look at. It’s also amazingly simple and intuitive to use. Original in their thinking indeed.
