The Land Registry Privatisation Debate

I have been asked on numerous occasions recently as to whether I have an opinion regarding the prospect of the Land Registry becoming privatised. It is something that I have deliberated for a couple of days and have struggled to come up with a ‘right’ answer, if there is one. There is something that I should confess at this stage and that is that I am unable to formulate the concept of a ‘favourite’.  I have no favourite colour, number, sports team, car, motorbike etc not being an addict of…See More

Am I talking to the right people?

Posted on May 23, 2013 at 13:26 0 Comments

This is a question that I often ask myself ahead of a meeting. Try to avoid having to ask yourself the question half way though a meeting though.

The Apprentice candidates on the BBC demonstrated brilliantly, the other week, how you can have a very busy diary, having wonderful conversations...... but with the wrong people.  People who probably understand exactly what value you bring to a situation and would advocate change and the implementation of new products or…
