Video marketing for small Law firms - is it really worth it?

More to the point, will it really make a huge impact on your fee earning? As the co-author of…See More

Do you pay your team rewards or bonuses?

I’ve long been an advocate of some form of incentive schemes in small firms, and I have seen some results.I’ve seen bonuses motivate some teams, despite personally have never really been motivated by financial incentives! OK, that’s not the same as saying an unexpected bonus, hasn’t made me feel appreciated by my boss! Although at the same time, bonuses given to others who (in my opinion) performed worse than me has in fact left me demotivated. What do you think about including some sort of…See More

Clients can be a pain with their urgent demands

Have you ever been caught out by a client wanting their matters dealt with urgently. So much so that you’ve had to drop something else? I know several lawyers in small firms that have been.I guess, like the ones I know, you’ve muttered under your breath, been unhappy about it and got on with it?
