Precedents:
As you may know courts often use the word precedent. There are many injury claims which have to go before the Judges for them to put a value on it. They do so with the benefit of medical expert opinion from the relevant discipline. If it is a physical injury it would normally be a report from an orthopaedic consultant. Paul Scholes has retired today. There was a great article in the weekend papers about Paul Scholes. The memory I will have of him is wearing number 8 shirt of Iniesta on Saturday evening. There is no better compliment than being asked by Iniesta and Xavi to Paul Scholes at the end of the drubbing on Saturday night for his shirt.
