Will title insurance replace traditional Conveyancing?
As increasing numbers of Conveyancing transactions seem to require some form of indemnity insurance, I sometimes wonder whether title insurance should replace traditional Conveyancing in this country.
I gather it is virtually universal in the USA, but then they do not have the same system of title registration as that provided by the Land Registry.
