To celebrate the fact that Defero Law has been up and running in some form for 2 years, we've had a bit of a facelift, powdered our nose and freshened our breath with a site redesign. No agencies were involved, just the hard toil of yours truly.

What does this mean?

Well, the main thing you'll notice is a fresher feel to the site, especially on the main page, where user blogs are now the main attraction, and member profile pages have a cleaner look.

We've also re-focussed on what was the forum and is now simply called 'Questions'. Blog are great for promoting yourself or for opinion pieces, and I'd urge members to carry on using that function, but sometimes you just want to ask a quick question and have the community help you out with their advice. I'd neglected this side of the site for some time but you learn from your mistakes, so I hope this becomes an important part of Defero Law again.

Don't forget that the best questions will get featured in our "The Week on Defero Law" newsletter each Friday.

Other improvements include more prominence for our valued sponsors (eyes to the right please), live content featured through the homepage slider (the bit at the top that rotates - needs to be slower?) and new ways to invite your contacts, including LinkedIn connections.
